Grace focuses her practice on private client services, including tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, family offices, foundations, and related entities. She advises clients on complex gift and estate tax issues and helps develop strategies designed to preserve and transfer wealth efficiently across generations.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Grace served as a Private Client Services Associate at a tax firm, where she provided detailed tax planning and preparation services and researched federal and state tax implications of evolving legal and regulatory changes.
Grace’s legal experience also includes work with a full-service law firm, where she supported estate planning, corporate, and litigation teams on matters involving trust structuring, tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, and entity formation. During law school, she participated in Georgetown’s Federal Legislation Clinic, working with nonprofit organizations and policymakers on legislative and advocacy initiatives.
