Jack is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, advising clients across a range of industries on corporate and transactional work, and providing support in litigation matters.

Jack first joined the firm as a Summer Associate. Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Jack worked for a global leadership advisory and executive search firm, where he assessed and placed top legal and regulatory professionals in high impact leadership roles.

During law school, Jack served on the Executive Board of USC’s Entertainment Law Society and OUTLaw. He spent his 3L year in São Paulo, Brazil, studying at FGV Direito with an academic focus on Brazilian Tax Law, Brazil–U.S. comparative M&A, and International Contract Law (CISG).

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Jack enjoys musical theatre, long-distance running, tennis, reality television, and spending time with his dog, Roland—named after Roland Garros, of course!
