Justine focuses her practice on complex patent litigation and intellectual property matters. She represents clients across a wide range of technical fields, with a particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman litigation. Her work as a summer associate at ArentFox Schiff and in the San Francisco office of a multinational law firm included conducting legal research on patent law issues, drafting memoranda, preparing expert witnesses, and supporting trial teams during pre-trial and court proceedings.

Justine also brings a technical background in chemical engineering to her practice. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in research on computer-aided molecular design and tutored students in core chemical engineering courses. Through Co-op opportunities, she gained hands-on experience in product development and specialized polymer applications. Her combination of legal training and engineering experience allows her to effectively navigate matters at the intersection of law, science, and technology.
