Stella is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group.

Stella deals primarily in complex litigation with experience in business disputes, including matters involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants. Stella has significant experience assisting companies in protecting and enforcing their trade secret and noncompete rights. She also supports clients in defending against accusations of trade secret misuse and misappropriation, offering practical and reliable legal guidance.  

Stella has also developed significant expertise conducting internal investigations and advising corporations in the development of compliance programs. Currently, Stella is involved with the Chicago Police Department monitorship, focusing on improving policies and procedures related to training and recruitment, hiring and promotions. 

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Stella worked as an associate at a Boston law firm and served as a legal clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court for Associate Justice Gabrielle Wolohojian. Her experience has led to substantive opportunities such as conducting an internal investigation in an employment matter, drafting an amicus brief for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and drafting pre- and post-trial written submissions.
