Trevor is a senior associate in ArentFox Schiff’s Labor, Employment & OSHA practice who serves as a trusted advisor for his clients, advising employers on day-to-day workplace compliance and risk management. He counsels national employers on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation prevention; wage-and-hour compliance and employee classification; reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence; and onboarding, performance management, investigations, and separations. He also regularly drafts employment, restrictive covenant, and separation agreements, and he advises on trade secret protection and employee mobility. As part of his counseling practice, Trevor also oversees affirmative action obligations and pay equity reviews, and conducts sensitive internal workplace investigations, partnering with clients to develop practical, business-oriented solutions.
Trevor also represents employers before administrative agencies, arbitrators, mediators, and in all phases of state and federal court litigation. His litigation practice includes the defense of single-plaintiff and class or collective actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour claims.
