FDA Practice Leader and Agriculture & AgTech Industry Leader Karen Carr will speak on a panel hosted by Novonesis and the recently-launched Modern Agriculture Caucus on February 10, 2026.

Karen and her co-panelists will give an overview of the current regulatory framework for biological products and the role Congress plays in improving coordination between federal agencies that support the proper adoption of such products, including the EPA, FDA, and USDA. They will also share insights on how regulatory oversight of innovative products can be modernized for the Modern Agriculture Caucus, which was formed in 2025 to promote modern agricultural practices and champion policy that protects innovation in American agriculture.
