Our Work
- Represented BXP, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of an office building located in Washington, DC and the sale of a multifamily property located in Reston, VA.
- Represented DLC Management Corporation in connection with the acquisition of two portfolios consisting of 17 grocery anchored, outdoor retail centers located across seven states.
- Represented Foulger-Pratt, LLC in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of four multifamily properties located in Washington, D.C.
- Represented Goldman Sachs in connection with numerous acquisitions and sales across the United States involving multiple asset classes, including, but not limited to, office properties, warehouse properties, multifamily properties and senior living facilities.
- Represented Horizon Land Co. in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 81 manufactured housing communities located across 12 states.
